Your experience at AP&O is of the utmost importance to us. As part of our ongoing Quality Assurance Program we ask that you complete a survey upon delivery of your device. We want to know what your experience has been including scheduling your appointment, being greeted by the front office, interaction with your practitioner, delivery of your device and follow up.
